We will only process or use your data insofar as this is necessary to provide our services with better communication and animation, taking into account the purpose of your complaint.

In this form, please make sure not to mention any "sensitive" information according to Article 9 of the RGPD.

In the context of the pre-contractual or contractual relationship initiated by us, the claim will be kept and archived in the Claims Filing Cabinet for a period of 3 (three) years from the date of closure of the file or termination of the relationship with the "stakeholder", in compliance with the RGPD, and then destroyed or archived intermediately within the framework of legal and regulatory provisions.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, as amended, and European Regulation N°2016/679/EU of April 27, 2016, you have the right to access, rectify, port and delete your data, or to limit its processing. You may also, on legitimate grounds, object to the processing of your data.
