They need to mobilize skills in interpersonal relations, law, organization, administration, sales, finance, accounting, tax...

A BTS in real estate management takes two years to complete after a general baccalaureate. This Bac+2-level diploma can be obtained through both initial training and sandwich courses in public and private establishments. It is a state-recognized level 5 diploma, awarding 120 ECTS credits.

Activities in the real estate sector will enable you to develop skills such as :

  • manage construction and housing,
  • marketing and rental techniques
  • individual and collective management of new and existing properties.

The BTS is open to all holders of a baccalaureate: general baccalaureate, professional baccalaureate.

The BTS Collaborateur Juriste Notarial trains notary's associates.

The holder of the BTS CJN will work in a notary's office. They will work independently on simple, routine deeds, or on instructions for more complex deeds.

A BTS takes two years to complete after a general baccalaureate. This Bac+2 level diploma can be prepared through initial training or alternatively through work-study programs in public and private establishments. It is a state-recognized level 5 diploma, awarding 120 ECTS credits.

  • handle files in all areas of a notary's practice
  • develop expertise in a particular field,
  • perform tasks in a truly multi-skilled way, following the file from initial contact with the customer through to archiving.
  • devote themselves to the production of deeds in a structure with departments that carry out all post-signature operations.

The BTS is open to all holders of a baccalaureate: general baccalaureate, professional baccalaureate.
