A BTS in real estate management takes two years to complete after a general baccalaureate. This Bac+2-level diploma can be obtained through both initial training and sandwich courses in public and private establishments. It is a state-recognized level 5 diploma, awarding 120 ECTS credits.
Activities in the real estate sector will enable you to develop skills such as :
- manage construction and housing,
- marketing and rental techniques
- individual and collective management of new and existing properties.
The BTS is open to all holders of a baccalaureate: general baccalaureate, professional baccalaureate.

Holders of the BTS PI can work as real estate negotiators, rental property managers, condominium managers, condominium accountants, etc.
Training can be financed :
