The BTS Négociation et Digitalisation de la Relation Client program trains students to become sales and marketing managers, from prospecting to building customer loyalty and managing customer relations. They will also have to increase sales, and comply with the company's sales policy.
A BTS in Customer Relations Negotiation and Digitization takes two years to complete after a general baccalaureate. This Bac+2-level diploma can be obtained through initial training or alternatively through work-study programs in public and private establishments. It is a state-recognized level 5 diploma, awarding 120 ECTS credits.

Upon graduation, students will be able to work in banking, insurance, retail, industry and e-commerce.
Starting out as salespeople, sales animators, sales promoters, account managers, sales assistants... they can quickly progress to management positions such as e-commerce manager or sector manager.
