The BTS in Operational Sales Management trains students to lead teams, manage and develop customer relations and product and service offerings.
They can work in a wide range of sectors, from food distribution to specialized companies.
A BTS in Operational Sales Management takes two years to complete after a general baccalaureate. This Bac+2-level diploma can be prepared through initial training or alternatively through work-study programs in public and private establishments. It is a state-recognized level 5 diploma, awarding 120 ECTS credits.

After graduating, students will be able to work in distribution, service and e-commerce companies.
They start out as sales advisors, customer service managers, department assistants and assistant managers. They can then progress to sales manager, department manager, e-commerce manager, drive manager, or sector and department manager. There are also positions for cashier, department manager and customer relations manager.
