A BTS in Operational Sales Management takes two years to complete after a general baccalaureate. This Bac+2-level diploma can be prepared through initial training or alternatively through work-study programs in public and private establishments. After graduating, students will be able to work in distribution, service and e-commerce companies.
They start out as sales advisors, customer service managers, department assistants and assistant managers. They can then progress to sales manager, department manager, e-commerce manager, drive manager, or sector and department manager. There are also positions for cashier, department manager and customer relations manager.
