The BTS in International Trade trains students to become import-export managers or assistants. These professionals work mainly in SMEs, industrial and commercial companies, and service providers such as transporters, forwarding agents, banks and insurance companies.

Qualities required: an open mind, a pronounced taste for foreign languages, a good general culture, a taste for travel, an interest in commercial negotiation, openness to other cultures.

A BTS in International Business takes two years to complete after a general baccalaureate. This Bac+2-level diploma can be obtained through initial training or alternating courses in public and private establishments. It is a state-recognized level 5 diploma, awarding 120 ECTS credits.

The BTS in international trade is open to all holders of a baccalaureate: general baccalaureate, professional baccalaureate.

After graduating, students will be able to work mainly in SMEs, but also in commercial and industrial companies, banks...

First as a sales assistant, import-export sales manager, assistant prospector or broker, account manager, logistics manager, marketing manager and even international brand manager. 

Training can be financed :

  • By one or more funding schemes, partially or in full (OPCO, Pole Emploi, etc.).
