VISALE warranty

The VISALE guarantee is a housing subsidy available to work-study students on professionalization or apprenticeship contracts. It guarantees payment of your rent and service charges to your landlord in the event of difficulties.

To be eligible, applicants must meet three conditions:

  • Must beat least 18 years old or an emancipated minor with proof of emancipation;
  • Proof of enrolment in a post-secondary institution in France for the current academic year.
  • Valid proof of identity.

AVANCE LOCA-PASS®, help with the security deposit

The AVANCE LOCA-PASS® from Action Logement finances your security deposit in the form of a 0% interest loan.

If you're a student on an apprenticeship or professionalization contract, you're eligible if you're under 30.

How does AVANCE LOCA-PASS®work?

  • Your security deposit is advanced up to a maximum of 1,200 euros;
  • You begin repayment 3 months after payment of the AVANCE LOCA-PASS®.
  • Repayment is over a maximum of 25 months, with no interest or administration fees.
